Team Lotus Ltd. went into administration (bankruptcy) in late 1994. This marked the end of Team Lotus as most people recognize it. The traditional Team headquarters (Ketteringham Hall) is now occupied by Classic Team Lotus. David Hunt purchased most of the Team's assets and went into a joint operation agreement with Pacific Grand Prix to form Pacific Team Lotus.
